Online –seminar at the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan

On November 16, 2016, at the department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan there took place the republican online seminar of "The problem of interethnic and interreligious tolerance in modern society" devoted to the International day of tolerance. In the seminar participated 7 republican departments of APK. Preparing for the seminar, organizers tried to present the West, the East, the South and the North Kazakhstan. Dialogue platforms presented:

• Pavlodar state university of S. Toraygyrov (The head of the dialogue platform: Mamytova Saule Nasenovna, professor managing APK department)
• The West Kazakhstan state university to them M. Utemisova (The head of the dialogue platform - Salov Vladimir Yuryevich –professor, the head of the department of APK)
• East - the Kazakhstan state technical university of D. Serikbayev (The head of the dialogue platform – Aydarbayeva Raushan Kaysanovna)
• Zhetysusky state university of I. Zhansugurov (Head of the dialogue platform: Khanin Nadezhda Nikolaevna, pedagogical sciences, the associate professor managing APK department)
• Kostanay engineering and economic university M. Dulatova (Head of the dialogue platform: Dambaulova Gulmira Karimzhanovna, dean of the economics department, doctor of Ph.D.)
• Kokshetau university of A. Myrzakhmetov (Head of the dialogue platform: Kapyshev Ardak Kairzhanovich, head of the department of APK)
• Kostanay state pedagogic institute (Head of the dialogue platform: Evdokimova Olga Nikolaevna, the associate professor managing APK department).

At the beginning the greeting speech was made by the rector of KSPI, Professor Abil Erkin Amanzholovich further for a greeting was given the floor to heads of the dialogue platforms. The dialogue platform on the basis of KSPI was presented by A.B. Bekmagambetov, the member regional APK, deputy director of scientific work of CHELSU. In the performance, Alimzhan Baurzhanovich told about a role of expert maintenance of the activity of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan. Relevance for modern Kazakhstan society of the problem lifted at a seminar was noted by S. V.Samarkin, the dean of the faculty of additional education of KSPI. "Exactly today, when there are constant conflicts and wars, tolerance has to become a necessary component in the attitude towards features of various people, the nations, and religions and consciously formed the model of the relationship of people. Tolerance is a guarantee of our tranquility, prosperity, and wellbeing in the country" - Sergey Vladimirovich noted in the performance.

Batyrguzhin Amir, the student of KSPI, told about the work of students’ Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan on the formation of interethnic and interreligious tolerance, the head of students’ Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan. At the seminar questions of formation of religious identity, a situation of religious tolerance in Kazakhstan, a role of expert maintenance of activity of regional Assemblies of the people of Kazakhstan, a problem of work of APK department and teaching and educational process of higher education institution were considered.
