The essence and structure of the conflict were studied at School of Mediation and National Diplomacy today

“I want to learn to build the relations without the conflicts”, “I want to learn more about relationship of people”, “I just like psychology”, “For self-development I want to learn methods of mediation”, etc. - such wishes were told by listeners and guests of School of Mediation and National Diplomacy on the second class which were given on October 18, 2017 on the basis of Department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan at the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute.
We will remind that opening of School of Mediation and National Diplomacy has taken place in February, 2017. Upon termination of the first course all our listeners in May, 2017 have received certificates on successful training at School of Mediation.
On our classes listeners get knowledge about alternative technologies of prevention of disputable situations; abilities to resolve, to operate and diagnose the conflict; seize primary skills of prevention, permission and management of the conflict.
On October 12, 2017 has taken place the opening of the second year of training. This class was attended by school students of High Schools № 22 and № 20, students of KSPI and also teachers of School of Mediation.
This year in the program of a course of work of School of Mediation there is a wide range of subjects: “The Mediation History: from the Court of bis to the present”, “Ethnocultural mediation”, “Mediation in the Labor Relations”, “Modern family and violations in its functioning”, “Art mediation”, “Art therapy” and of course as we are pedagogical higher education institution and we prepare pedagogical staff, the most part of the classes will be devoted to studying the questions of “School mediation”. We plan to give two exit classes: on the basis of the Office of Mediation of MPI “Қоғамдық келісім” of the Kostanay region akimat (The Friendship Home) and in the PF “Association of Mediators of the Kostanay Region”.
On Wednesday, October 18, within the program of The School the second class has been given. Candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Smagly T.I. was a trainer of this class. Listeners have considered a concept of the conflict, its essence and structure. By the reason that on the second class new listeners were joined to us, what we are very glad to, the student of the 4th course of specialty “Psychology” Ubey-Volk Pavel repeated a training on acquaintance. We want to add that the School of Mediation and National Diplomacy will continue the work till April, 2018 and we are glad to invite everyone to attend classes at our School.
