The successes and problems of work of the departments of the APK discussed at the 5th meeting of the Republican Association of departments of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan

November 15, 2017 at the Eurasian national University of L. N. Gumilev was held the 5th meeting of the Republican Association of the departments of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by members of the APK, representatives of state bodies, ethno-cultural associations, undergraduate and graduate students.
The meeting was opened by welcoming speech of the rector of ENU. L. N. Gumilev, academician Sydykov E. B., which noted the importance of departments of the APK scientific and practical center. "The idea of opening the Department originated within the walls of ENU at a meeting of the Academic Council, in the conference room, where the V meeting of the Republican Association of the APK. For several years our Department already in the 33 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan opened the Department of the APK. They all joined the Association of the departments of the APK." In his speech Yerlan Battashevich noted that the chair of the APK do a lot for the development of modern Kazakhstan and for the future of the country.
In the meeting actively took part the Deputy Chairman of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan – head of Secretariat of the APK of presidential Administration Darkhan Mynbay. In his speech he praised the role and activities of departments of the APK and the Association of APK of activities has become important in strengthening stability, an interethnic and interfaith consent. "During the work of the Department of the APK have become an effective business platforms and tools for implementing new social technologies for the development of human capital. The XIV forum of interregional cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan (9 November 2017) the President of Kazakhstan stressed that "by 2030, according to forecasts of experts in various fields will disappear about 60% of occupations, at the same time will be more than 180 new jobs. Modern Kazakhstan is working on the program "the Third modernization of the country". It set the task of improving the quality of human capital, improve social well-being of people. The program aims to provide sustainable progress further in our Plan of entering the top 30 developed countries by 2050. In this context, the work of the departments of the APK is one of the key for the formation of patriotism, competitiveness, pragmatism, the preservation of their own national code and identity, of the cult of knowledge and openness of consciousness."
The opportunity to speak, share experiences and practice the organization of its work were presented to the head of the APK Department of the Taraz state University. Dulati M. Mamedova P. And head of the APK Department of the North Kazakhstan state University named after M. Kozybayev. In this part of the meeting, as they say, "on the problems and successes", said almost all of the assembled heads of departments of the APK.
