In modern Kazakhstan the strengthening and development of spiritual rebirth is the unifying and strengthening beginning. Top priorities should be the spirit of patriotism, spirit of updating, consistency and victory.
The head of state in the article "a look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness" concept outlined the political course of the country and boldly presented the priorities in the field of education, including in the sphere of education of the new Kazakhstan patriotism. The solution of this problem today is the Foundation of success multinational and multi-confessional state.
Higher education institutions are active agents of the President N. Nazarbayev in the sphere of ethnic policy and ethnic and cultural education, supporting the work of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this direction.
With the aim of increasing the level of support in the public mind the Strategy of the unity of the state development and public policies, ensuring the unity of the nation and strengthening of the Kazakhstan patriotism at the Department of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan on 9 November 2017 held a round table "education of the Kazakhstan patriotism through the prism of moral values and framework of the program "Tugan Zher" in the framework of prepared activities of the regional scientific-practical conference "Modernization of economy and society – strengthening the global competitiveness of Kazakhstan and the objectives of "Strategy-2050".
This meeting was held under the auspices of the Department of internal policy of the akimat of Kostanay region and the public Foundation "KAZAKH".
With welcome speech to guests and speakers of the round table was Bekmagambetova R. K., who was acquainted with the subject, regulations of the roundtable and introduced the speakers.
From the Department of internal policy of akimat of Kostanay with a welcome speech by Kakimova Saltanat Saitbekova, the head of Department of analysis and monitoring of the region spoke. In her presentation, she identified the main objectives of the roundtable and the regional conference.

Nazarbayev "looking to the future: the Modernization of public consciousness"; Amantayeva Aigul Bakytzhanova, the head of the Department of social Sciences, the foundations of law and Economics, associate Professor, candidate of philosophical Sciences and Yarochkina Yelizaveta Viktorovna, the candidate of historical Sciences, associate Professor of social Sciences, the foundations of law and Economics, which his report was devoted to the problems of humanitarian education as a crucial prerequisite for the spiritual security of the society; Shoshakova Zhanar, master of the Kazakh language and literature, senior lecturer of the Department "Kazakh language and literature", which presented the report ""Mangilik El" Karbenova Zaure Orazbekovna, Ph. D., Professor of the Department "Russian language and literature", and Evdokimova Olga Nikolayevna, the candidate of pedagogic Sciences, head of the Department of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan that its report has been devoted to the problem of "the Program "Tugan Zher" is the basis of national patriotism and spiritual revival of youth"; and master of pedagogy and psychology, senior teacher of Department of pedagogic Khamzina Kulshat Bakytzhankyzy.
