On March 28, 2018 in the State Institution "School-gymnasium No. 5A of the Department of Education of the Akimat of the City of Kostanay" teachers of the Department of Arts Ph.D. Sapieva MS, art. prep. Kasabolat A.Zh., prep. Amirkhamzin N.K. participated in the work of the jury of the city stage of the competition of research works and creative projects for schoolchildren of the 1st and 4th grades "Steps of discovery". The organizers were the city center for work with gifted children "Daryn" and the State Institution "Education Department of Akimat of the city of Kostanay".
The contest was held within the framework of the program "Ruhani zhayyru" of the subprogram "Tyrbie zhne bilim". A total of 8 sections were presented, including robotics, technology, ethnotolerance, a healthy lifestyle among 1-2 and 3-4 classes, cognition of the world 1-2 and 3-4 classes, fine arts and music, English. In the section "Fine Arts and Music" 17 children participated. The projects covered a variety of topics, for example, "Қobesdyң құdireti", "Sudet sreet salu өneri - Ebru", "Zhergiliktі mүsіnshi bayan Batalova", "Kostanaylyқ composer". Deripasaldinnyi tyndylaryndyyy tuyang zher ", etc.
The pupils of the following schools of the city participated: secondary school No. 3, school-gymnasium No. 18, school-gymnasium No. 5, school-gymnasium No. 24, secondary school No. 6, secondary school No. 8, secondary school No. 9, secondary school No. 19, basic Secondary school № 21. Following the competition in the direction of "Fine Arts", 10 projects were presented, among which one I place, two II and three III places were distributed. In the direction of "Music" was determined by one student for 3 prizes. The members of the jury especially noted the performance of Moldagaliyeva Ayim "Қobyzdyң құdireti", pupils of the 3rd grade of secondary school No. 9.
