25-26 February 2016 Associate Professor, Department of pre-school, primary and special education, Ph.D. Lihodedova LN became a participant of the training seminar - training "Organization of psychological - pedagogical support of inclusive education in the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan", organized by the Scientific and Practical Center "Resource Advisory Centre on Inclusive Education for the Republic of Kazakhstan universities and preventive suicidology" Abai Abai and the Public Association "Youth Organization of People with Disabilities opportunities "Zhiger" with the support of Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan. The seminar - training was attended by coordinators for inclusive education from 50 higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, including the universities of Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Taraz and others.
The seminar highlighted the urgent issues related to the organization of psycho - pedagogical support of inclusive education in Kazakhstan universities. Presentations were made by: Ph.D., professor Movkebaeva ZA, director of the "Advisory Resource Center for Inclusive Education for the Republic of Kazakhstan universities and preventive suicidology" Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University; KE Imanaliev, a freelance adviser on social issues of MES of RK, chairman of the Public Association of Invalids Society "Namys"; Oshakbaeva A., coordinator of the program "Human Rights" Soros - Kazakhstan; Alaev VB, executive director of the Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation "Kenes"; Yusupdzhanov PA, president of the NGO "Youth organization of people with disabilities" Zhiger "and others. During the seminar, KE Imanaliev, one of the developers of the laws "On social protection of disabled persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On special social services in the Republic of Kazakhstan" republican and regional rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities, the National Plan to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities in the 2012-2018 biennium. , stressed that the creation of conditions for comprehensive education of students in accordance with their psychophysical features should be considered as the main problem in implementing the right to education of persons with special educational needs due to their disabilities. Therefore, among the priority tasks determined by ensuring physical accessibility of the university environment in accordance with national and international standards.
