An annual tradition was the work of pedagogical group "Rovesnik" for the training of first-year students to future professional activity. The purpose of the squad is focused on creating the conditions for the formation of an active, professionally competent personality of a future teacher; it is also conducive to the creative approach to organization of educational work.
Freshmen actively involved in the work. In the process of work and cooperation, the students were socialized and adaptation. Participating in the work of the three groups, were able to familiarize with active methods of the organization of pupils; to carry out the fulfillment of personal potential; to deepen professional interests and orientation of the individual.
At the end of practice instructors pedagogical group "Rovesnik" was held an exam that determines the level of students ' knowledge and acquired skills, application of knowledge in solving professional problems. The exam was held in two stages: practical part –demonstration of activities on the specified ticket, the theoretical part of the test.
Overall, the experience of the students themselves are positive, many of them noted the usefulness and necessity of such work. They learned how to meaningfully apply psychological-pedagogical theory to real conditions of pedagogical communication, but also acquired the skills of teamwork, in a team, gained new knowledge and new experience, the opportunity to try yourself in other activities.
One of the most important tasks of modern society is the increasing moral and intellectual level of young people. Given the peculiarities of the psychology of modern young people, the obvious necessity of such continuous pedagogical practices in pedagogical squared is attached to the student youth to community service activities.
At the end of the continuous pedagogical practice, the students expressed their gratitude to the Department of education, the organizers of the pedagogical group "Rovesnik" for the excellent organization and rich program.
