Vocational guidance work in KGKP «Kostanay Pedagogical College»

February 26, 2019 Kairova B.Kh., Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology and Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology, Master of Pedagogical Sciences Satybaldina R.A. met with vocational guidance and explanatory work with students of the specialty «Pre-school education» of the KGKP «Kostanay Pedagogical College».

College graduates were invited to enter the U.Sultangazin Kostanay State Pedagogical University and receive higher education in the following specialties:

1. «Psychology»;
2. «Pedagogy and Psychology»;
3. «Defectology»;
4. «Methods of primary education»;
5. «Preschool education and training».

Full information about the benefits of training in it is given, information booklets are distributed. During the conversation with students, the participants were told about the rules of admission, about passing complex testing, about allocating state grants in the specialties "Pedagogy and Psychology", "Defectology", about the possibilities of further admission to magistracy, doctoral studies and employment (after graduating from our university, graduates can work in the education system, military structures, medical institutions, correctional schools, state and commercial enterprises). After an explanatory conversation, they conducted the training “Personal Abilities and Professions”.

Graduates showed a keen interest in the information provided and received exhaustive answers to their questions concerning entrance exams, the educational system, and the social conditions of our university.
