"Joint activity of the information and library center and departments of institute"

On January 12, 2018 the annual round table for the deans managing departments, chairmen of methodical bureaus and chairmen of meted of specialties has taken place. The program of a round table included questions of methodical security of educational programs, completing of library stock on disciplines of specialties, about a condition of electronic base of syllabuses in the reading room of electronic providing, questions of bibliographic informing on the SDI (selective dissemination of information) system and R (the differentiated service of administrative board of institute).

Participants of a round table have been informed of information on the course of check of library stock of educational and methodical offices of faculties. The presentation about an electronic repository of scientific works of teachers is held, broad viewing of the educational, educational and methodical and scientific literature received by the information and library center in 2017 is issued. Following the results of a round table for improvement of joint activity of IBTs and departments of faculties’ recommendations are developed.
