AmicuChat conquers the peaks!

Adolescence - the period of social formation of the individual. It's no secret that at this age a feeling of belonging to society is especially necessary. But what do children which don’t look like others, do? After analyzing the situation, Serous Anna and Nikolayenko Vladislav plan to create an application for psychological assistance and support the children in a social vacuum. An individual chat for each school will be created on the basis of one platform; during registration, the child may remain anonymous. Specialists will help to understand the problems and worries of the child. To create a confidential environment and security for chat participants, the application will block obscene language, insults, suspicious links, etc.

From September 4-9 there was a selection for the acceleration program from Nazarbayev University, within the framework of which beginning social entrepreneurs are provided with comprehensive support, including business training and mentoring from the best trainers of Kazakhstan and abroad. The project “AmicusChat” became the winner and finalist of the program. In addition, on October 5, the project was presented at a pitching from the acceleration program ZhasCamp - 2019, which was held in Nur - Sultan, on the basis of KazHUU. The members of the expert commission unanimously decided to give a ticket to the “AmicusChat” project for the republican stage of ZhasCamp - 2019 in Almaty with full payment of expenses. There, the project will be provided with financial support and mentoring in the person of international social entrepreneurs.

Newly opened Business Incubator "U - Smart" on the basis of KSPU named after V. Sultanazin fully supported the participants at all stages of the project.
