International Day of Older people

On October 1st, 2015, in the International Day of Older people, students of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, by the initiative of the Committee on Youth, had visited the World War II veteran Sagyndykov Shaydulla Sagandykovich. Students had presented flowers and gifts, cleaned the apartment. During the meeting, there was a conversation where Sagyndykov S.S. told the students about his military glory. He was born in 1922 in Pavlodar region, and had graduated Ural State Pedagogical Institute. During the meeting, students had asked their questions. ShaydullaSagandykovichhad been called into the army in 1941 to defend the homeland, and in 1945 he came to Berlin and stayed there until 1948. All these years he had been working as the chief of the battalion. In his youth Shaydulla Sagandykovich loved to take pictures, he had a personal camera called "Zorkiy". After he came back from Germany, he was sent to work in Karabalyk district, to the village Burli as a school teacher.
