During the conversation major factors of health among which the way of life occupies quite most part have been established, the external environment and climatic conditions is not less significant. Also it has been revealed that health of the person is influenced also by genetic human biology.

Irrespective of you conduct active or a sedentary life, you need to know and whenever possible to adhere to the basic principles of healthy food. Food is the main thing and nearly the only way of delivery in our organism of energy and the substances necessary for normal activity.
