Meeting with the Country Project Coordinator

On May 12, a meeting was held among all the universities of Kazakhstan participating in the international KUTEL project with the country coordinator Zakirova Gulnara Demeshevna. This meeting was caused by the need to prepare the main activities for the completion of the second reporting period for the project. Gulnara Demeshevna quite clearly set the tasks for all the universities involved in the project.
Firstly, it is necessary to complete the procurement procedure for equipment planned under the project and prepare the relevant documentation.
Secondly, you need to start the process of recording lectures on the program Adobe Presenter and upload to the MOODLE /
Thirdly, carry out an internal review by May 30 of all materials uploaded to Google Drive.
Fourth, prepare lists of training participants from each university, which should include both representatives of the administration and the teaching staff. The training is supposed to be held in two stages from October to December and from January to March 2021.
Fifth, prepare a working report and a financial report on the results of the second year of work on the project with all supporting documents.
In addition, the attention of all project participants was drawn to the process of popularizing this project through social networks, to inform about the measures taken, to increase the publication activity according to the results of the project in publications of different levels.
The meeting was held in a business mode, with competent answers to all questions. It was also decided to hold individual meetings of each university and international project coordinators.
