Review competition of amateur performances

The 28th ofApril, 2015 the Review Competition of Amateur Performances was held which was dedicated to the Day of Unity of Peoples of Kazakhstan. The right to represent the culture of the Kazakh people was entrusted to the students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The faculty was presented by vocal singers Tasym B. and ErkinK., and choral performance of patriotic songs by students of 1st year. Students showed elegance and beauty of the Kazakh dance by means of portraying steppe warriors. Kravtsova A. demonstrated the depth ofdombra sounding. Iskendrkyzy A. read the poem of his own composition and won the audience due to the soulful expressive declamation. The original genre with hula hoops and elements of rhythmic gymnastics was performed by BayzrahmanovaD.. According to the results of the competition the Faculty of Foreign Languages took second place among the six ones
