Round table "Methodical work of teachers of additional education in terms of updating the content of education"

March 26, 2018 within the framework of the methodical week of the Department of Arts was held a round table "Methodical work of teachers of additional education in terms of updating the content of education." The aim of the round table is to consolidate the efforts of educational institutions at all levels to address the problems of methodological work of teachers of additional education.

In the round table participated: Methodist KSU "School children's art education Department of akimat of Kostanay city" Endimione Kulpash Saitbekova; Executive Secretary REDUO Kostanay branch of "Zhas Ulan" Zubkova Natalia; teacher of additional education Nazkhanov Aygerim Sovathana; teacher of additional education Torgaev Raushan Bolatbekovna; Deputy Director for educational-methodical work GCE "Children's music school № 1, akimat of Kostanay Department of education of akimat of Kostanaycity"usingAlfiyaKurmangalievna; soloist of the regional Philharmonic. E. Umurzakova Stepanova Natalia.

For discussion at a round table the most significant questions of specificity of musical education and methodical providing of teachers of additional education of the Republic of Kazakhstan were designated: "a Condition and prospects of the General musical education in the conditions of updating of the contents of education" (Zadorozhnaya S. N., master of pedagogics, senior lecturer at the Department Of Arts); "Updating the content of music education in the bachelor" (sapieva M. S., candidate of pedagogical Sciences, head of the Department of Arts); "Additional education as the main factor of aesthetic self-realization of students in extracurricular time "(Burtseva A. P., lecturer of the Department of Arts);" Musical education of students in the conditions of preservation of national identity " (Zhakaeva S. A., candidate of pedagogical Sciences, associate Professor of the Department of Arts.

The following conclusions were made during the speech of the participants of the round table:

1. The strategy of modernization of General education involves changing the goals and approach to the selection of content. A significant role in the implementation of the new goals of General education is played by the system of additional education of children. This system, being an integral part of General education allows students to fulfill themselves in a professional and personal level, and complements the school curriculum learning areas, which are represented to a lesser degree in the school programs. Even more important is the fact that the system of additional education of children significantly expands the range of activities, mastering of which is regarded as the goal of General education. In this regard, it is necessary to develop a single Concept of additional musical and artistic education of students in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The existing network of institutions of additional education in our country has the best opportunities and prospects for the education of the younger generation of ethnic identity. The specificity of the activity of these institutions, concluded in the variability of educational programs, based on the voluntary and informed attendance of their children, is the main factor that allows to successfully carry out the educational process for the formation of ethnic identity of students.

As a result of the round table the participants formulated recommendations and proposals for educational institutions of all levels of education:

• develop a joint plan of activities of various formats (pedagogical forum, training seminars, contests of methodical works of teachers, scientific conferences, master classes, etc.) within the cooperation of teachers of additional education and teachers of the Department of arts of KSPI.);
• organize methodological support of teachers of additional education in order to build the life and professional prospects of students, based on the content of vocational education and labor market requirements;

Develop a joint project "Scientist-teacher-student" as a mechanism for the implementation of the cooperation of teachers of additional education and teachers of the Department of arts.
