February 12, 2016 on the basis of Kostanay state pedagogical institute, department of pedagogy of psychological-pedagogical faculty in conjunction with the branch NC "Center of pedagogical skills" of Kostanay, had organized and held the Republican scientific-practical conference "Integration of pedagogical higher educational institution and educational organizations for introduction an innovation in practice". The aim of the conference was Republican, on the one hand, the revival of the traditions of Altynsarin readings at the college, especially in the year of jubilee celebration of pedagogical heritage of the great enlightener of Kazakh people, Ybyray Altynsarin, consonance of his ideas and modern trends in education; On the other hand, the discussion of the integration process quality teacher training and schools, to promote the professional development of teachers, research on best practices of teachers and trainers, introducing innovative technology into the practice of educational processes.
A feature of the conference was that the active participation of the teacher, Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Kostanay region. There are about 300 teachers participated in the conference. The geography of participants was extensive. Thus, the conference was attended by teachers and psychologists and the schools of the region and the Republic, NIS, lecturers staff of KSPI, scientists, lecturers of universities of Kazakhstan (Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, ENU named after Gumilyov, ESI, KSU Mo MN, universities of Pavlodar, Semey , Taraz, Shymkent, Kokshetau, Aktobe, East Kazakhstan region, ASPI, KSU named after A.Baitursynov), representatives of JSC NIS MTC RK, RK Orleu affiliates employees, the Office of education, college teachers.
At the Plenary Meeting of the main speakers thought was to identify the essence of the integration processes in education, conceptual questions on the methodology and practice of innovation to transform the practice of training and education in high school and high school. It was emphasized in the speeches of the speakers (E.A. Onishchenko, director of the NC MTC Kostanay, Tattimbekov R.Sh., Deputy Director of NIS, G.A. Ilyasov, deputy director of the pilot school №10, where the republican experiment conducted to update the content of education and the transition to 12-year education). Problem point of integration and topical issues of preparation of future teachers were made in the report of the Vice-Rector E.A. Abil.
As part of a national conference was organized by the work of 5 sections in various directions:
- Problems of methodology of pedagogy in terms of innovative development of educational systems
- Problems and prospects of updating the content of primary education in the conditions of modernization
- Theoretical basis of experience and the implementation of the key ideas of level modular programming in the classroom
- Scientific and educational support in the development of the professional community network in educational institutions
- Innovative technologies in high school and school: analysis, design and implementation.
Sectional work took place in an innovative mode, where all the participants were active participants in the dialogue, discussion and decision-making. These are: coaching, discussion platforms, panel presentations, consulting, training, workshops. All participants noted an interesting format for sectional work. Active participation involved not only the teacher's college teachers, school teachers and college and Kostanai region, but Teachers of Arkalyk, Petropavlovsk, Astana. Moderators (teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, the main pedagogical skills of the Center's specialists, certified -lidery experienced teachers from the field regions) showed their professional skills, competence in organizing and carrying out the work, skills in dialogue and the management of the creative work of teachers.
