Department of Public Procurement
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" dated July 21, 2007, in order to rationally execute the procedures for organizing and conducting public procurement, by the order of Rector No. 4 of January 21, 2008, the Public Procurement Department of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute was established.
The main tasks of the Department of Public Procurement are:
- compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public procurement";
- creation of the necessary material and technical base of the university and its structural subdivisions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public procurement".
Functions of the department:
- drawing up plans for public procurement of goods, works and services, planned nomenclature of goods, services and related estimates of income and expenditure;
- representation of the Institute's interests in relations with potential suppliers, relevant commissions and experts;
- control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement;
- control over the development of allocated budget and expenditure of own funds;
- provision of structural divisions with necessary materials and equipment, clerical goods, performance of works, rendering of services;
- participation in the commissions on state purchases, on the results of the tender, the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods, the performance of work and the provision of services.
