The office of planning of educational process is structural division of educational and methodical management. 

The office of planning of educational process performs work on the organization, the management and control over the course of educational process at the university according to requirements of the standard and regulating MAUN RK'S documents.

Kinds of activity:

• organization and planning of educational process; 
• drawing up working curricula (year) on all forms of education; 
• coordination and control of drawing up modular educational programs for all forms of education, educational programs for specialties; 
• formation of the academic calendar on all specialties for the next academic year; 
• participation in formation and edition of the catalog of elective disciplines of specialties; 
• calculation and distribution of an academic load of departments; 
• rendering to dean's offices, departments of the methodical help in organization of process of training; 
• formation of the schedule of studies, intermediate certification and final assessment; 
• distribution of classroom fund for ensuring educational process; 
• verification of individual plans of teachers of departments upon termination of a semester and academic year, preparation of the summary report following the results of verification; 
• organization of work on introduction in educational process of educational innovations; 
• preparation of the developed report with the analysis on internal checks in the end of the year.
