The Reception Committee of KSU is responsible for preparation and publication of information about the training directions on which it is recruited for academic year, entrance, about the first course reception conditions on each specialty, about the list of necessary documents for entering a university.
In due time, the Reception Committee accepts and registers documents from the entrants, informs about the rules and terms of the reception, monitors the admission process based on the results of the UNT (CT) or entrance tests, maintains an open register of applicants for admission.

The office of planning of educational process is structural division of educational and methodical management.
The office of planning of educational process performs work on the organization, the management and control over the course of educational process at the university according to requirements of the standard and regulating MAUN RK'S documents.
Kinds of activity:
- organization and planning of educational process;
- drawing up working curricula (year) on all forms of education;
- coordination and control of drawing up modular educational programs for all forms of education, educational programs for specialties;
- formation of the academic calendar on all specialties for the next academic year;
- participation in formation and edition of the catalog of elective disciplines of specialties;
- calculation and distribution of an academic load of departments;
- rendering to dean's offices, departments of the methodical help in organization of process of training;
- formation of the schedule of studies, intermediate certification and final assessment;
- distribution of classroom fund for ensuring educational process;
- verification of individual plans of teachers of departments upon termination of a semester and academic year, preparation of the summary report following the results of verification;
- organization of work on introduction in educational process of educational innovations;
- preparation of the developed report with the analysis on internal checks in the end of the year.

The office of career guidance and government services is created for coordination dean’s offices work, departments of the university concerning career guidance, establishment and strengthening of permanent contacts with educational institutions of the city and region; rendering the advisory-methodical help in professional self-determination of graduates of educational institutions of the region and involvement of entrants in the university, providing to entrants information about the directions and specialties of preparation, about entrance tests and conditions of admission in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION and also rendering government services to citizens according to standards of government services in the field of education.
