The opening of the Department of the AKP on the basis KSPI has its own prehistory. In October 2014 with the purpose to foster the students’ patriotism and their formation of tolerant behavior the Assembly of the People was established. The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Department was established in the 1st of September, 2016 and in the 21st of October 2016 was the official presentation, timed to the 25th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the department – is the propaganda of APK’s activities in the spirit of tolerance, patriotism and strengthening the Kazakh identity.

The event was attended by the special guests: Anatoliy Bashmakov - the Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan IV-V convocations, a member of the Council of the AKP, the AKP head of the department of ENU. LN Gumilyov, Nurbek Shayahmetov – the head of service of scientific and expert support and methodological support of RSU " Қоғамдық келісім " under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of Kostanay region, the regional ANC and the House of Friendship, creative teams. During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the face of the AKP and Anatoly Bashmakova KSPI in the face of pro-rector Tlegen Akhmetov and held a round table on the theme: "Science and Education and the educational role of the ANC in the department of social and political processes of the country".

The main fields of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan’s Department

Forming students' tolerant behavior begins with the creation of tolerant, cultural and educational environment at institute, which is based on the unity of the three areas of work: teaching, scientific research and educational areas.

Educational and methodical field

• The development of professional development course in the field of formation Kazakhstan identity and the strengthening of inter-ethnic relations;
• Holding open classes, lectures with the participation of experts in various areas of ethnic policy;
• Schools and mediation work of public diplomacy.

Research field

• Participation in the implementation of grant financing of MES RK research projects;
• participation in the NEG Kostanay, as well as in scientific and practical conferences, round tables;
• learning processes and ways of strengthening inter-ethnic peace and harmony in the region;
• Development of scientific and methodical literature for schools and universities in the region

Educational field

• Recommendations’ development to clarify the main concepts of the national ethnic policy and the implementation in the educational work of educational institutions;
• Holding educational events dedicated to important dates of the republic in order to foster patriotism and formation of Kazakhstan identity among students

Action «Inestimable gift»

The striking and memorable moment in the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Department presentation in Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute was the donation the unique books from the SI «Қоғамдық келісім» under the President of Kazakhstan within the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the charity event “Inestimable Gift”.

The list of books consists of the works on the history and culture of Kazakhstan, including the monograph "Twenty Years of the APK: one country - one destiny" and "The idea of peace and social harmony", "Ethno political Dictionary" anthology "Musical heritage of ethnic groups of Kazakhstan", collections of materials "Friendship of nations during World War II: the pages of newspapers front" and "Flame of Victory" and more.

The given books were published in limited edition; therefore, there is a bibliography rarity and perform scientific and educational environment. The students and advanced training courses’ participants have the opportunity to get acquainted with this literature at the Department of the APK.

Cooperation with republican and regional educational institutions

Teachers of the Department of Philology in the direction of “Training teachers in languages ​​and literature” make scientific contacts with teachers of the SI “Boarding School for Gifted Children named after I. The teaching staff of the Department of Philology collaborates with educational institutions of the city and the region: the Kostanay Daryny Center, the Ozat boarding school for gifted children; annually improve their professional level in the form of continuing education courses at “Orleu” in Almaty, Nur-Sultan, as well as educational centers in Kostanay.

The Department of Philology works closely with fundamental educational institutions in Kazakhstan: Almaty State Pedagogical University named after Abay, Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi, Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baitursynova, “University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylay Khan”, Kazakh Women's Pedagogical University, Semipalatinsk State University named after Sh. Kudaiberdieva, Eurasian University named after N. Gumilyova.

International cooperation

From November 14 to November 25, 2016, on the basis of the budget program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan 204100 “Training of specialists with higher, postgraduate education and the provision of social support to students”, lectures for university teachers and training sessions for students of the Russian Language and Literature specialties were held at Kostanai Pedagogical University, “Kazakh Language and Literature”, conducted by M. Freshley, Ph.D., assistant professor of Russian Language and Literature at West Hungarian University (Szombathely, Hungary).

Students of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature" got the opportunity to join the international Slavic research group. The creative contacts of the Kostanai State Pedagogical Institute with the West Hungarian University (Hungary) have been going on for more than one year. A cooperation agreement was signed, business cooperation between teachers of two universities is ongoing, which, of course, enriches teachers and allows introducing new elements into the educational process, improving the system of training specialists. As part of a joint project, in 2016 a collection of articles “Relevant issues of the humanities” was released. Leading experts in the field of the humanities were involved in its release: Doctor of Historical Sciences Erkin Abil, PhD Batima Daumova.

In the 2017-2018 academic year, an agreement was concluded with the Bereginya Secondary School of Public Education, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, with the aim of developing an international literary and historical project, Kazakh-Russian Literary Relations.

In the framework of international cooperation, the Erasmus+ program on academic mobility was extended not only for students, but also for employees of the university 2017-2020 to the University of Perpignan Via Domisia.

The joint development of the educational program “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages” is underway to ensure the quality of higher education - TEL learning-KUTEL, the development of lectures in the program Adobe Presenter (2 module, Guglielmo Marconi University 2017-2020).

Theme of scientific direction: "Relevant issues of modern philological science in innovative development."

Training of teachers of the Kazakh language and literature

The problem group “Сөз өнері” works (1-4 courses, 15 students), the debate club “Parasat”.

Under the direction of M.S. Seisembaya T.T. a startup project of a 4th year student Ikhsan D.M. , the purpose of which is to advertise, post congratulatory poems, design drawings.

Ph.D. Nurmukhametova K.T. conducts work with students in the framework of the project “Revival of national values”. The goal is the revival of forgotten traditions, the development of students' creative potential through the promotion of spiritual values.

The aim of the project “Кәсіп түбі – нәсіп” is to introduce young people to sports; creation of conditions for engaging in craft activities in order to obtain additional income for students through training.

Ph.D., associate professor Kanapina S.G. for several years, carries out research work on the scientific project “Axiology of Ethnocultural Features of the Kazakh Language of Kostanay (based on the language of Kazakhs resettled from Uzbekistan, Mongolia)”.

“Linguistic picture of the world as a component of linguistic pragmatics” - Team Leader: Segizbaeva KK, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature, Ph.D. Number of students involved: 7 (1-4 courses).

Teachers of the department: Pchelkina TR, Ph.D.; Segizbaeva K.K., Ph.D.; Konvisarova L.A., Master of Education, are members of the Slavic Intercultural Research Group.

In 2015, 2 articles were published in publications with a non-zero impact factor.

In 2019, Pchelkina T.R. published an article with impact factor “The pupils’ civic stance under the conditions of establishment of a society ”, (Web of Science (WoS), Clarivate Analytics (Thomson Reuters)), based on Scopus, Elsevier.

In the framework of the week of the Department of Russian Language and Literature in 2018, the following workshops were held: “Intensification of the educational process in the conditions of renewed education” (Arsaeva SB, Konvisarova L.A.); “Features of the organization of scientific research at school” (Pchelkina TR); The cooperation of the school and the university in the conditions of updating the education system (Pchelkina T.R., Isina D.A., Arsaeva S.B.).

December 12, 2018 Karbenova Z.U., Evdokimova O.N. took part in the online conference "Modernization of public consciousness and the preservation of the national code in the context of “Mangilik el”. Theme of the report: "The activities of the ANK department to strengthen social harmony and national unity among students".

On April 25, 2019, the department held a scientific and practical conference "The role of philological science in the modernization of public consciousness" with the invitation of university teachers, teachers and students of city schools.

In April 2019, Savicheva E.Yu., teacher of Russian language and literature, SBEI secondary school No. 684 “Bereginya”, St. Petersburg, Russia, held a master class “Unconventional literature lessons” for students of the specialty and teachers of the department of Russian language and literature.

Student participation in competitions and conferences

In 2015, our students received 3 team places at the Republican Olympiad in Russian language and literature. Student Tokmurzina A. in the individual standings won 3rd place. This is the result of the fruitful work of the teachers involved in their training (Zharkova V.I., Pchelkina T.R., Segizbaeva K.K., Mustakimova G.V.).

In 2015, student Bondar E. won the Republican competition of scientific projects of students. The work was carried out under the guidance of senior lecturer Mustakimova G.V. and was the result of many years of cooperation between a teacher and a student, and then a student, Bondar E.

In 2015, student Zhukova E. became a laureate of the International Student Forum in Moscow. She prepared an article on the problem of tolerance in Russian literature. The work was carried out under the guidance of an associate professor, Ph.D. Pchelkina T.R.

In 2016, under the guidance of a professor at the Department of Russian Language and Literature, Karbenova Z.U. prepared a participant in the regional scientific-practical conference "The Great Son of the Great People" dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Ch. Valikhanov, conducted by the public association "Scientific and Educational Center" Perspective". The student received a diploma for the depth and richness of the report.

In February 2016, two works were prepared for participation in the annual republican competition for the best student work: student N. Grigoryeva “The problem of gender tolerance in Russian-language literature of Kazakhstan” (3rd place, scientific adviser T.R. Pchelkina) and student Formanyuk E. “The poetics of dreams in the work of I.S.Turgenev ”(2nd place, scientific adviser Zharkova V.I.).

On April 12, 2016, Zyuzina A. (scientific adviser T.R. Pchelkina) was awarded with a certificate and diploma for participation and successful presentation at the VI final scientific and practical conference of students and young scientists. The conference was held on the basis of the Kostanai branch of FSBEI HPE "ChelSU".

Also in the piggy bank there is a laureate diploma for the best scientific work in the conference "Youth Scientific Forum: Humanities", the first place in the student competition held by the Academy of Education, the student innovative project "Linguistic and Ecological Space in the Speech of Students", our students are members of the International Slavic Intercultural research group.

According to the results of the work of the problem group “The linguistic picture of the world as a component of linguistic pragmatics” (n. R. Segizbaeva KK), E. Pomortseva’s study “Features of the interpretation of the concept of“ space ”in G. Belger’s novel“ Tuyuk su ”was recommended for participation in the Republican competition of research works of students of higher educational institutions.

Student Agunkina T. took part in the Republican annual competition of scientific research works of students in natural, technical, social, humanitarian and economic sciences at universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the VIII international competition of student works (the student took 1st place). Students Kolykhanova Yu.S., Stukova A.S., Mirnaya A.S. Russian Language and Literature directions prepared a student innovative project “Linguoecological Space in Students' Speech”, which took part in the 2017 National Innovation Competition “The Best Innovative Project among Students”, under the supervision of the chair's teacher O. V. Koval.

In 2018, with 1st year students A.V. Tremasova, E.A.Dyomina, A.S. Shvetsov, A.V. Kurpilyanskaya A student information project “You Are Not Alone” was prepared, which took part in the National Business Project Competition “StartupBolashak - Menin Armanym”, under the scientific supervision of teachers of the department L. A. Convisarova and O. V. Koval.

In April 2018, students Rakhimzhanova D., Konovalova K.V., Aleksanova A., Kabulova A., Nurilla A. took part in the international conference “Actual problems of modern humanitarian knowledge; students Grigoryeva N., Meng N., Kolykhanova Yu.S., Rakhimzhanova D., Stukova A.S., Izgalieva A.A., Bondar E., Nasipkalieva A.M., Shtepa Y., participated in the Interuniversity Student Scientific -practical conference "Priorities of modern science and education" in the framework of the program of modernization of public consciousness "Rukhani Zhangyru."

In 2018, Grigoryeva N., a 4th year student, took part in the VIII international competition of student works (Russia, Chelyabinsk) and took 1st place.

In 2019, under the leadership of Segizbaeva K.K. According to the results of the Republican contest of research works, a 4th year student of the specialty “Russian Language and Literature” Stadnik Kristina took third place. The topic of the scientific work is “Estimated Nouns with the Meaning of a Face”. The study of K. Stadnik was carried out in a linguistic-cultural aspect, the object of the description of which is assessment vocabulary as an integrated unit of language and culture, a unit of the linguistic picture of the world, reflecting the specifics of the national worldview.

For excellent study and conscientious attitude to their academic duties, 4th year students of the specialty “Russian Language and Literature” Yu. Kolykhanova, M. Dzhapasheva awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

Along with academic excellence, some students have achievements in other areas. So, Shvetsov Alexander received the 3rd category in climbing.

• Every year, 3-4 year students take part in student scientific and practical conferences.
• Articles are published in the scientific and methodological journal "Bulletin of the KSPI"
• On October 24, 2019, students of 2-4 courses studying German as a second participated in testing for a DAAD scholarship.
• Amirgaliev A., 3rd year student, together with the supervisor of studies Kinzhibaeva A.S. took part in the StartUp project competition.

The most important scientific achievements of teachers

• Ismagulova G.K. received the title of professor of the Higher Attestation Commission, as well as the title of "Best Teacher of the Year."
• Zhakebaeva M.G. received the French Order of the Academic Palm Branch in 2017.
• Bezhina V.V. received the title of "Best University Teacher" in 2018.

The main goal of the educational direction is to improve the quality of educational, upbringing and research activities, develop the mobility of teachers and students, introduce elements of multilingual education, and improve work programs in line with the transition to 12-year education.

To improve the quality of classes held by the teaching staff of the Department of Philology in the direction "Training of teachers of the Russian language and literature" was published:

• Monograph "The principles of aesthetic interaction between the hero and the author in prose at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries" at Lambert Publishing House (Germany), the materials of which can be used in the preparation and conduct of training sessions on the subject "Russian literature of the early twentieth century."
• The manual “Artistic time and space in a literary work”, materials of the manual help students in perceiving the most complex issues related to the development of the specifics of Russian literature.
• Textbook "Actual problems of word formation";
• Teaching aid “Organization of scientific research in philology at a university and school”;
• Electronic textbook “Scientific style of speech”;
• Educational-methodical manual "The specifics of the study of Kazakh literature in high school."
• Video film on the discipline "Children's Literature" together with the Training Laboratory "Innovative Educational Technologies", created by 4th year students of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature".
• Educational-methodical manual "Professional Russian language for computer scientists." On its basis 1 electronic manual was prepared.
• The electronic manual “Specificity of Russian Literature of the 20th Century”, which received a title of protection from the Committee on Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author of the manual is Pchelkina T.R.

• In January 2018, a discussion was held on the modular educational program “Russian Language and Literature”, during which new disciplines were introduced at the suggestion of employers: children's literature and expressive reading in a modern school, the basics of philology research in universities and schools, the basics of project activities teacher-philologist in a modern school, scientific and business documentation in the professional activities of a teacher-philologist, work with gifted children in the Russian language and literature in updated conditions of educational system.

Teachers of the center introduce innovative teaching technologies and new teaching methods into the educational process, allowing to activate cognitive activity, strengthen independent training, and improve the quality of the educational process.

Classes are held using modern technical means, educational and teaching literature of leading world publishers (for example, Oxford, Hueber, Longman, etc.).

Teachers constantly improve their professional skills by participating in regional, republican, international conferences, seminars and trainings, which are held by the Embassies of France and Germany in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also actively participate in language seminars.

• Sukhova A.V. On July 6-21, 2017, advanced training was held under the international Erasmus+ program, an internship in Perpignan (France) at ViaDomicia University.
• Ungutbaeva G.Sh. passed a foreign internship, consisting of two stages. The first stage took place from October 9 to October 21, 2017 - online training, during which three modules were mastered: psychological and pedagogical, systems for assessing the results of education, and technological. Listeners had access to webinars, overview lectures, presentations, assignments for each module, and final testing for all modules. The second stage was held at the ISEP Porto Technical University in Portugal from 10.31.17. on November 9, 1717
• On December 11-15, 2017, a series of trainings on the topic “Trilingual education” was held with a lecturer James Edward Thomas.
• From February 19 to March 3, 2018 Associate Professor, Ph.D. Kudritskaya M.I. passed training at the British Council in Almaty.
• Ismagulova G.K. took part in the work of the German Institutional Partnership, (international project, Baku, 02/05/10. 2017).
• From July 31 to August 13, 2016 the teacher Abisheva S.K. took part in the language seminar on the topic “Methods of teaching the German language” in Bonn (Germany)
• From August 27 to September 09, 2017, teacher Kuskadamova K.S. took a language training course on the topic "Methods of teaching the German language" in Schwäbisch Hall (Germany).
