September 20, 2013 The Chairwoman of practical linguistics department held an event dedicated to the Day of Languages. The students presented papers on "Language is the key to the soul of man." 1-3 courses students of KSPI demonstrated knowledge of the cultures and languages of Kazakhstan.

09/06/13 06 September 2013 at 14.30 - together with the head of technical and fire safety was held an organizational meeting for the 1st year students to get acquainted with the rules of technical and fire safety and KSPI signing the relevant documentation.
On June 14, 2013 vice rector for educational and methodical work Tolegen M. Ә. collected the commission for announcement of results of competition on the academic mobility to Perpignan, France. At meeting were present the dean of faculty Doroshok E.L., Kudritskaya M. I. managing of the department foreign languages., manager of department practical linguistics Nurmukhametov K.T., professor of KGPI Ospanova A.S., head of the Center of the Multilingualism ZhanburshinovaG.
Since May 30 to June 1, 2013 the international seminar organized in Nazarbaev University, passed in Astana, where the teachers and professors of French of Kostanay region participated. Organizers of a seminar: Embassy of France in Kazakhstan, National association of teachers of French and the French alliance of the city of Astana. On inauguration of a seminar there were the plenipotentiary ambassador of France in Kazakhstan, professors of the leading French universities, and also advisers by training and culture of Embassy of France at Kazakhstan. Professor of KSPI Ospanova A.S. made the report on the work of the French-cultural center and teachers of French of the city and area, Axel Hernandez, the master from France submitted the report on the French-Kazakhstan cooperation between KSPI and university VIA Domitia, Perpignan. On May 16-17, 2013 in Astana congress of philologists "The main priorities of development of philological formation of Kazakhstan" took place. In work of congress the rector of KSPI professor BaymyrzayevҚ. M. and the chairperson of department chair of foreign languages Kudritskaya M. I. took part.On May 16 registration of participants of congress and section meetings took place. Қ. Baymyrzayev took part in plenary session and in work of the first section "Trinity of languages. A role of a state language in consolidation of the Kazakhstan youth".Kudritskaya M. I. took part in work of the third section "Improvement of Techniques of Teaching Language and Literature, Development of System of Electronic Training in the conditions of Integration into World Educational Space" where made the report in English on the subject "The Principles of Training in Foreign Languages from Early Age".

Оn the 14th of May at 14.00 students together with their curator V. Danilova visited Kostanay historical museum.Students are introduced with the new exhibition devoted to May 9 - Reproductions of paintings on military subjects. Touching the history of the people of Kostanai region, students are encouraged to flipping book memory of soldiers who died during the War, the shooting of the soldiers examined the wall and got acquainted with the geological and archeological sites of Kostanai region.
13 May 2013 Within the framework of academic mobility and the contract between Kostanai State Pedagogical Institute and the University of VIA Domitia Perpignan was sent Master Axel Hernandez. The main aim of his arrival is to conduct such lessons as Countrystudy, methods of teaching a foreign language, second foreign language, history, theoretical aspects of foreign languages for 3rd year students of the French and English branches of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
