On 26st April the scientific and practical conference "Youth of the 21st Century and Science" was held for students of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature", students of the Kostanay subsidiary of the Chelyabinsk State University and pupils of schools were invited. 45 people took part in 5 sections. Interesting conversation about the tendencies of modern literature, questions of teaching in schools was held in the section "Contemporary Literature" (Head of section: Pchelkina T.R., Ph.D.).
А round table was organized on April, 26th, 2018 on the basis of the economic faculty of KSU named after A. Baitursynov under the topic "Digitalization in the educational process: theoretical, methodological and practical aspects". The moderator of this event was N.T. Sartanova, a candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Banking of KSU. Participants of the round table were teachers and students of the Faculty of Economics.
April 24, 2018 senior teachers of the learning English training language center of philological faculty Abisheva S.K. with Serzhan- Abdrakhmanova was organized meeting of the 1st year students of psychological and pedagogical faculty with head of the Department of public events of Kostanay friendship house Nabieva Zulfiya Rafikovna. The main activity of the regional house of friendship is aimed at implementation of state programs, implementation of the Strategy of the Assembly of people Kazakhstan.
From 09 to 20 April 2018the III year students of the specialty "Foreign language: two foreign languages" of the Department of Philology, Abdigapparova Aisara Baltabekkyzy and Nurmakhambet Balgul Beibitzhankyzy went to the branch of Université Sorbonne Paris Cité in Almaty, the Institute Sorbonne-Kazakhstan for the French educational module "Methodology of scientific research" by the academic mobility. The two-week module was conducted by Juliet Denis, Associate Professor of History, specially invited from France.
On 14st April the city stage of the Republican contest of scientific projects on general subjects was held on the basis of the State Institution Gymnasium named after M. Gorky of the Department of Education of the Akimat of the City of Kostanay. Goals of the competition: a stimulation of research and educational and cognitive activities of students; a search and a support of talented young researchers; an assistance in the formation of the intellectual potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Teachers of the KSPU took part in the work of the sections of the Russian language and Russian literature.
April 12, 2018 in Astana, the 20th Inter-University Scientific Conference "Science and a new generation - 2018", organized by the Eurasian Institute of Humanities. During the conference the organizers identified the best reports, as a result, the students of the Faculty of Philology were awarded the following places: Amanbek Aozy, 3rd year student of the specialty "Kazakh language and literature", diploma of the third degree, 2nd year students of the specialty "Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction" Ihsan Daniyar, Sultanova for a joint-author's report with a diploma of the third degree.
The annual student scientific and practical conference for students of schools and students of various educational institutions was organized at the department of Foreign Languages of the Philological Faculty on April, 11th, 2018. The conference was attended by students of the 1st , 3rd ,4th courses of the Department of Foreign Languages KSPU, students of the KA "CSU", students of schools and gymnasiums of Kostanay. The conference was held with the aim of creating a positive dynamics of the relationship between future teachers and students, ensuring the dialogue between the subjects of education through a constructive discussion of the state of modern foreign language education.
2 rounds of the Republican Olympiad of pupils in the subjects of the social and humanitarian cycle were held From March 25 to March 30 Kostanay. On March 29, 2018, the Kazakh Language and Literature Department of the Philological Faculty held the final conference "Industrial Practice - The Basis of Competence" on the 4th year of the specialty 5B011700 "Kazakh Language and Literature", 5B012100 "Kazakh Language and Literature in Schools with Non-Kazakh Language of Education". The main goal of the conference is to summarize the results of students' industrial (pedagogical) practice, to determine the quality of their organization and behavior, and to consider ways of solving problems during practice.
On March 28 /2018, the 3rd year course students of the philological faculty of the specialty "Russian Language and Literature" visited the creative public function of the novice poet Igor Rulev. Also special guests of the event were Natalia Zakora and Vladimir Aleksanin. This event took place in the walls of the library by I. Altynsarin. The young poet presented his first collection «Red rose". The poetry ofRulev is imbued with a tragic mood. The main theme of his poem is unrequited love. The author read his poems, answered the questions of listeners.
