On February 3, 2016 students of the Kostanay state pedagogical institute together with the regional center of problems for formation of a healthy lifestyle had carried out an action "We for a healthy lifestyle; prevention of a SARS and flu". The action took place in the mall "Mart". Students had distributed to the population the booklets, evident sheets containing information on prevention of a SARS and flu.
In January, 2016 the practical stage of implementation of the Plan of the nation "100 concrete steps on realization of 5 institutional reforms" has begun. 59 laws which create a new legal environment for development of economy and society in general have been adopted.

On January 20, 2016 students of the Kostanay state pedagogical institute together with the Center of youth initiatives of Kostanay had carried out an action of "Because we nearby" for the aid to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Those day students of institute and volunteers of the center had helped Pugachuk Vladimir Mikhaylovich, a front worker, from the settlement Red Partizan. Volunteers of the Center are students of KSPI - very active children, hadn't stood aside and had helped the pensioner to clear the yard of snow!
On December 14, 2015 Kostanai State Pedagogical Institute held a solemn event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The rector of the Institute professor Baimyrzayev K.M.started the event with congratulatory speech. In a solemn ceremony, he awarded diplomas and medals of the faculty and staff of the Institute, and awarded diplomas and money to encourage student activists. During the event, a ceremony of awarding the winners of amateur, which was held on December 9, 2015, following which took place 1 Department of Kazakh and Russian philology, 2nd place - Faculty of Foreign Languages, 3rd place - Faculty of Psychology and Education. Next event continued with a festive concert.
On December 9, 2015 the auditorium of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute had been conducted the event, which had become traditional - the concert of amateur art performance between faculties "Menin Kazakhstanym" devoted to the Independence Day of Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the approved plan of educational work and work schedule of informational-preventional group, in the Institute, in the period from 27 November to 30 November there were held events to mark the Day of the First President, Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev. The faculties of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute were held lessons on the topic: "The first program, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On November 17, 2015,the KVN festival was held among the faculties of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. There are bilingual KVN teams on each faculty since 2015-2016 academic year. At the festival, the team appeared from 1/8 final stage. Before the semi-finals all the teams will score points, and at the end of the season, four teams will come from the faculties in the final.
The Historical Museum of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute from 5 to 19 October 2015 had excursions for the first-year students. The head of the museum Karina G.A.had introduced students to museum exhibits, paid students' attention to stands and showcases of the museum, which contains materials that reflect the individual stages of the Institute development; she had shown stands devoted to the history of the Institute, professors, veterans, the achievements of students and lecturers, as well as spoken about international cooperation and academic exchange of the Institute.
