As part of the week of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education, on April 5, 2019, an auction of methodological ideas “Development of children's speech activity in a multicultural language space” was held. A young English teacher in primary schools of Timiryazevskaya secondary school in Sarykol district Musainova Albina Bagdatovna made a brief review of school activities that were held during the decade “Trilingualism is a confident step into the future” and showed video clips of multilingual situations in the educational process.
Within the week of the Department of preschool and primary education was held a video contest "Inclusive education - education for all!" among the students of 2-3 courses of specialties "Preschool education", "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education". Videos were presented on the following topics: "You are special!", "Dream no matter what!", "When we are together – we are invincible!", "Inclusive education – we are all equal." Competitive videos revealed the essence of inclusive education, the importance of inclusive education for modern society.
One of the ways to develop communication between the school and the university is the pedagogical practice of students. In the program of practical training, approved by the Department of Pedagogy was asked to hold an open educational event. Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy, master of humanitarian sciences Yermaganbetova Akbota Zhanalykovna took part in curatorial hours of future teachers who practice in the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics.
Volunteers of psycho – pedagogical faculty "Good heart" continue their volunteer activities, March 18 2019, Vice-Dean of psychology and pedagogical faculty of Alybaeva G. A., senior teacher of chair of preschool and primary education Zhandauova Sh. E. and students 1, 2 courses of specialty 5B010200-"Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education", 5B010500-"Defectology" organized and held a theatrical performance dedicated to the celebration of "Nauryz" for children from the Regional centre of development of additional education of Department of education of akimat of Kostanay region.
March 13, 2019, an open day was held at the psychological and pedagogical faculty for pupils of graduation classes of schools in the city of Kostanay and Kostanay region. The students were addressed by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Psychological and Pedagogical Faculty of AB Salamatova, the heads of the PPF departments. Graduates of schools took an active part in trainings under the guidance of senior teachers of PPF Usebayeva A.Kh., Kairova B.K., Kalinichenko OV, and 1st year students of the specialty "Psychology".
On the first of March, 2019 the chair of Pedagogy of Psychology and Pedagogical Faculty traditionally organized and carried out an event to celebrate the Day of Gratitude in KGPU after U. Sultangazin. The leader of the event solemnly opened and informed the present students, teachers, employees, guests of information. Since 2016, in Kazakhstan there has been a new holiday on March 1 – the Day of Gratitude determined by the decree of the President of the Republic No. 173 of January 14, 2016. The initiative of establishment of this Day was taken by the President of Kazakhstan – Nursultan Nazarbayev.
February 26, 2019 Kairova B.Kh., Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology and Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology, Master of Pedagogical Sciences Satybaldina R.A. met with vocational guidance and explanatory work with students of the specialty «Pre-school education» of the KGKP «Kostanay Pedagogical College». February 25, 2019 Kairova B.Kh., Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology and Lecturer, Department of Psychology and Defectology, Master of Pedagogical Sciences Satybaldina R.A. conducted vocational guidance and explanatory work with students of 11th grades of the State institution «Secondary school No. 9 of the education department of Kostanai Akimat».Graduates of the school are invited to enter the university, full information is given about the specialties of Kostanay State Pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazin, information booklets are distributed.
February 15, 2019, in the Students House of KNPU named after Sultangazin U, Kalinichenco O.V. and Akhmetbekova Z.D., Senior lecturers of the Psychology and Defectology department, as well as first year students majoring in Psychology of the Russian faculty and third year students majoring in Pedagogics and Psychology of the Kazakh faculty conducted a training on confident behaviour. Such way of co-operation with the students has found itself constant as long as workshops on stress resistance and communication and personal development are annually conducted among the students residing in the dormitory.
Our university hosted a blog dedicated to the year of youth. In that activity was organized by Yermaganbetova Akbota Zhanalikovna, master of humanitarian sciences, in department of pedagogy and project by students that’s called “NEWdem” developing students ambitions». On the eve of the youth year, students had to publish posts expressing their thoughts in the Kazakh language. Within the blog, posts about youth, family values, teacher status, Latin alphabet, friendship values, innovations and other topics were published during the month.
