This year, on April 11, the 19th solemn presentation of the “Kazyna” and “Shabyt” prizes was held to the Kostanai Club of Patrons of Arts in such areas as art, science, journalism, culture, etc. Achievements in the field of culture are awards and achievements in the field of culture at the city, regional, republican and international levels. Amirkhamzin Nauryzbay Kasengaliyevich, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Arts, won the Shabyt Award in the category “Head of the Creative Team”. Nauryzbay Kasengaliyevich is the head of the "Nur әyuen" dombra studio at the City School of Children's Art. The studio is a repeated winner of international, republican and regional competitions.
On 11th April a master class "Non-traditional lessons of literature" was conducted by a graduate of the Faculty of Philology Savicheva Elena Yuryevna. Savicheva Elena Yuryevna finished the university in 2014, after successfully entered the magistracy in the RSPU named after Herzen (St. Petersburg) and got a job in GBOU school № 684 "Bereginya". The purpose of this event is to tell about non-standard lessons of literature, to share pedagogical experience, to instill interest and desire to work in the pedagogical field.

April 11, 2019 students of the club "Sayakhat", specialty "Geography" of the Department of natural Sciences held an event dedicated to the 120th anniversary of academician Kanysh Satpayev. In the framework of the anniversary of the event, students and faculty of the Department watched the film "the Academician Kanysh Satpayev: the Identity on a planetary scale", listened to the reports of students Orazgali Aizhan, Kairat Nargiz piece was also presented the exhibition of scientific works of the ILC Foundation of the University. The result of the event was a quiz game "Life and scientific activity of K. Satpayev".
April 9 in Almaty on the basis of the Almaty University of Energy and Communications, which is a partner of our university in the KUTEL project, the first monitoring on the implementation of the project “Universities of Kazakhstan for improving quality assurance processes in training using new technologies” was held.
The purpose of this monitoring was to analyze the main directions of the project, identify the key functions of each project participant, identify the main activities carried out during the project, understand the content and significance of all the project work packages.
On April 9, 2019, the traditional student's scientific conference, organized in the light of the implementation of the «Ruhani zhangyru» Program, was held by R. Nazmutdinov, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Defectology, Cand. ped. Sciences, R.A. Satybaldinа, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, teacher of the Department of Psychology and Defectology. The aim of the conference was to present the results of research activities of students. On Monday, April 8, an intellectual game was held within the framework of the methodical week of the Department of physical and mathematical disciplines, and was devoted to the Day of science workers in Kazakhstan and the Day of world aviation and cosmonautics, which are celebrated annually on April 12. The game consisted of 6 rounds: 1 – warm-Up (8 questions), 2 – Cosmonautics (8 questions), 3 – in A word (14 questions), 4 – Mathematics (6 questions), 5 – Physics (6 questions), 5 – Astronomy (6 questions). 7 teams took part in the game.
Teachers of the Department of natural Sciences of Kostanay state pedagogical University. O. Sultangazin Belan O. R. and M. S. Kubeeva and students of 1 course of biology and mathematics faculty in the period 08.04.2019 in the secondary school №10 in grades 9-10 was held training on the landscaping of the entrances of apartment buildings. At this training, it was told about the features of work on gardening in order to create favorable environmental conditions. The aim of the training is to green the areas of entrances of multi-storey buildings and attract young people to this work.
From 1 to 5 April 2019 at the Department of Arts of the faculty of History and arts held methodical week of the Department. April 01 (14:30) in the information and library center was organized an open viewing of new educational, methodical literature on the disciplines of the Department. The most popular of them was such textbooks and manuals as "the Formation of professional skills of music teachers in the process of instrumental training", "Kazakh bin oito teorisi me dememes", "Computer musical graphics", "choral education", "practical work with a choir", "drawing and graphics", etc.
From April 1 to April 5, 2019, as part of the week of the Department of Primary and Pre-School Education, an exhibition of creative student work was held, at which the projects of students of the educational program "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education" were presented. The fair was organized by the senior teacher, master Mukaliyeva Bayan Khamzovna and Zhandauova Sholpan Yerkinovna. Creative work and projects, students did in the classroom on the subject: "Methods of teaching labor training." The event took place in the scientific information center of the library of the University.
