25 October 2017 in the House of students of the pedagogical Institute hosted a round table on the theme: "Looking to the future: the modernization of public consciousness". The organizers of this event were the senior teachers of Department of history of Kazakhstan Elkei N.N., Tastekova G.B. At the round table was the head of the project office of the pedagogical Institute, candidate of historical Sciences, Professor Balgabaeva G.Z., candidate of historical Sciences, associate Professor of Isenov U.I. and students. In the course of events Balgabaeva G.Z. and Isenov U.I. and he expressed his opinion on the implementation and support of the program among young people.
“I want to learn to build the relations without the conflicts”, “I want to learn more about relationship of people”, “I just like psychology”, “For self-development I want to learn methods of mediation”, etc. - such wishes were told by listeners and guests of School of Mediation and National Diplomacy on the second class which were given on October 18, 2017 on the basis of Department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan at the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. We will remind that opening of School of Mediation and National Diplomacy has taken place in February, 2017.
For the second time the School of Mediation and national diplomacy opens doors and invites everyone to their classes. This time we invite not only students of our higher education institution, but also school students of the city of Kostanay. In a format of a round table on October 12, 2017 at department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan there has taken place opening of the second year of training. With welcome speech has addressed guests the dean of Social and humanitarian faculty Shakhaman Z.B. which has told about need of knowledge of bases of mediation for the modern young man and the expert.
On May 25, 2017 based on the Eurasian national university of L. N. Gumilev, APK department of KSPI, the Center of the humanitarian researches "Eurasia" and the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of ENU of L. N. Gumilev, held the International academic and research conference "New names and the facts in the history of mass political repressions in Kazakhstan and Western Siberia in the 1920-1950th", devoted to the 80 anniversary of the beginning of mass political repressions, dated for the Day of remembrance of the hunger and political repressions' victims. This subject is especially important in the light of program article of the Head of the country N. A. Nazarbayev "The prospection: modernization of public consciousness" in which an important priority is "studying of the regional history, recovery of cultural and historical monuments and cultural objects of local scale". The scientific, public figures, teachers and staff of higher education institutions, research establishments who are engaged in studying of this subject participated in the conference.
May 21, 2017 in the student house of the Institute teachers of the Faculty of History and Arts in the discussion and implementation of the article “Looking into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness” the event “Touhan zherge tuyn tikken tulkalar” was organized. The purpose of this event was to familiarize students with the main priorities of this article, explaining the importance of adopting programs and implementing projects aimed at improving the consciousness of Kazakhstanis. The students of the Faculty of History of Kazakhstan, candidate of historical sciences O.I. Isenov with the lecture “Ruhani zhanyrou - jandanda zhadaidai zaman talaba”, who cited examples from the pages of history, explained the need to modernize the consciousness of the modern citizen of Kazakhstan.
May 20, 2017 in the lecture hall 205 curator of the group master of history Abenov D.E. organized and held a curatorial hour with students of the third year of the specialty “History” on the theme “A new ideological platform in N. Nazarbayev's program article “A look into the future: Modernization of public consciousness”. The aim was to clarify the main provisions, principles and projects outlined in the program article of the President. During the curatorial hour, students watched a video about the transition to the Latin alphabet, and also expressed their views on this issue. Students were given the task to develop their projects aimed at the development of our society, which needed to be protected.
May 17, 2017 y. at the meeting of the Department of Fine Arts has been discussed article of the President, "Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness" from April 12, 2017 y. The condition of the third modernization of Kazakhstan launched two upgrade processes - political reform and economic modernization. Processes the data based on the realization of 6 projects: the phased transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin alphabet, "New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language "Tugan jer", "Spiritual shrines of Kazakhstan", "Modern Kazakh Culture in a Globalized World", "100 new people of Kazakhstan." In the light of the phased implementation of the program highlighted the role of the fifth of the "Modern Kazakh culture in a globalized world." On May 4, at the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, there passed the round table "Mediation in Kazakhstan: urgent problems and the prospects of development" within the delivery of certificates to students of the School of mediation and national diplomacy took place. Action purpose: to reveal urgent problems and the prospects of development of mediation in Kazakhstan, to study experience of the Kostanay region in preparation of professional mediators, to define problems in legislative and legal base in the sphere of mediation and documentation of meditative process.
