The team of youths on the basis of three days became the second. The team of girls following the results of three competitive days became the third. The program of the Presidential all-around competition included: skiing, shooting from airguns; pull-ups (for boys), abs exercise for girls.In the individual competition, Vyacheslav Makushenko - the international class master became the second and took first place in cross-country skiing. Shishkina Victoria master of sports also became the second in the individual competition among girls. Chernykh Natalya master of sports became the third at the stage of ski racing.
A foreign language as a subject has great potential in terms of developing learners' abilities for general and logical action and problem solving. To activate the creative abilities of students, it is necessary to improve the types and forms of learning activities (thematic) weeks, contests, quizzes, games, project activities, role-playing games, etc.). This will help to consolidate the material passed at the level of imaginative thinking. The week of the educational program provides for the participation of a wide number of students and includes a complex of activities, different in form and content, which are held during a certain period of time and are aimed at implementing the objectives of an integrated approach to the development, upbringing, and education of students by means of a foreign language.
On February 21, 2020, an intellectual English-language game called “It's Game” was held among 2-3-year students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Department of Natural Sciences, held as part of the week of the department together with the multilingualism center. The organizers of this game were teachers of the Department of Natural Sciences: Gubenko MA, Baimaganbetova BB, Bobrenko MA, Bozhekenova Zh.T., Koval V.V., Kozhmukhametova A.S., Taukelov Ch.A ., and also the head of the center of multilingualism Abisheva S.K.
On February 21, 2020, at the base of the U. Sultangazin Kostanay State Pedagogical University, the regional Olympiad in robotics among students of grades 9-11 was held for the first time. This event was organized by the regional scientific and practical center "Kostanay daryny" of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanai region with the aim of identifying and developing students mastering general education programs of basic general and secondary education, creative abilities and interest in research activities; creating the necessary conditions to support gifted children; dissemination and popularization of scientific knowledge among young people; professional orientation of young people in the early stages of personality formation.

The purpose of a scientific hearing is to introduce students to research work. The aim of the “Abaev readings” competition was: to popularize the literary heritage of the Kazakh people, to promote Abai’s works, to increase students' interest in studying classical literature, to identify translated Abai’s works into languages of other nationalities, to develop literary reading through Abai’s works, to develop language culture, aesthetic taste and personal qualities in the works of Abai, the cultivation of love for the work of the great, the spiritual heritage of the nation.

From January 20 to February 08, 2020, educational pedagogical practice of 3rd-year students of the specialty 5B011700 "Kazakh language and literature" and 5B012100 "Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction"was held. On February 20, students defended their reporting documents.Purpose: organization of protection of students ' reporting documents, summing up the results of professional practice, discussion of ways to improve it. In the period from February 20 to March 19, the winter student universiade in winter sports starts. The following sports are declared in the program: cross-country skiing, relay race, all-around, curling, biathlon. Kostanay State Pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazina regularly exposes the team to the student universiade. This year was no exception. The first type of competition - all-around started on February 20. And the first competition day brought good results to our students in the all-around.
On February 19, 2020, Open Day was held, which gathered a large number of students from schools of the city. The event was attended by more than 50 students of such schools as: №9, №6, №20, №16, GSM, the purpose of which was to implement one of the main priorities of student recruitment strategy. Due to the speeches of the Head of Department Nurmukhametova K.T., heads of educational programs and the Head of Office of Recruitment and Public Services Department Kovaleva N.V., this event helped pupils to learn more about the procedure of passing UNT, the right choice of the university, and in general to make the right decision in choosing the future profession.
