Annually, on September 22 all our country celebrates the Day of languages of the people of Kazakhstan, and on September 26 – Day of the European languages. On September 27, 2018 the French cultural center of KSPU together with the Polylingual center has held the event devoted to these holidays. Expansion of students’ knowledge in the field of languages and traditions of different nationalities and also education of respect for the native language and the country became the purpose of holding this action.
On September 27, 2018, the Department of the Kazakh language and literature of the faculty of Philology held a meeting with the editorial staff of the regional newspaper "Kostanay tany" on the theme "Development and support of youth creativity – the basis of spiritual renewal". The main purpose of the meeting is to introduce young people to creativity, to establish creative ties with the local press, to activate public consciousness.
September 26, 2018 teachers of the Department of Arts Ordasheva M.Zh., Sapiev A.S., Arkhipova K.G. participated in the jury of the regional contest of decorative and applied children's art "Zhas Daryn", dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana. The organizers of the contest were the Regional Center for Continuing Education of the Kostanay Region. There were 10 nominations, more than 50 children participated. Teachers of the department evaluated the works in the nominations "Altyn Kazyna" and "City of Masters". The competition involved children aged 8 to 15 years.
On September 21-23, 2018, at the base of Altyngul camp, within the framework of the regional state program “Ruhani Zhangyru” were held the regional tourist rally “Golden Autumn” and the Europe-Asia tourist festival A total of 14 teams participated in the meetings, and these are more than 100 people from all regions of our region. The team of our university "Spring", won second place at the 42nd regional tourist rally "Golden Autumn" in the following composition: Rsmukhambetova Alma- “tourism” 3 course; Akhmetov Erlan- "tourism" 3 course.
September 23, 18, at the stadium "Gornyak", Rudny hosted a large track and field tournament under the general title "Rudny - Marathon"! Within the framework of this event, races were planned for 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and 21 km. This athletics tournament was attended by more than 1200 people from all regions of the Kostanay region. We also could not pass by such an event, the students of our institute took an active part in this run.
On September 22, 2018 on the sports ground of Kostanay state pedagogical University were held sports events among students and teachers dedicated to the day of health. The aim is to promote the basic elements of a healthy lifestyle; formation of students ' valuable attitude to their health; identify the strongest teams; strengthen ties between students of different groups; development of coordination of movements, the ability to make decisions quickly. The objectives are to improve sports and educational work in the hostel; to ensure physical and mental self-development; to promote Patriotic education.
On 21st September 2018, Kostanay State Pedagogical University organised an international forum called "Current Problems and Perspectives of Strategic Partnerships in the Field of Higher Education: Joint Programmes". Participants from Kazakhstan and from abroad came to discuss the issue of internationalization of higher education institutions and strategic partnership between Kazakhstani and foreign universities. Prof. Yerkin Abil, Rector of the University, opened the forum.
21 September 2018, the department of natural Sciences, in the face of Tanat Danagul student 3 courses of the specialty "Geography" participated in the international Symposium of young scientists "Kyzylzhar-2018" in the framework of the upcoming forum with the participation of Heads of two States, which will take place on 9 November. The theme – tourism development in the border territories of Kazakhstan and Russia. The Symposium was attended by representatives universities of the Russian Federation - Ishim State Pedagogical Institute named after P.P. Yershov (branch)of Tyumen State University (Ishim), South Ural State University (Chelyabinsk), Institute of water and ecological problems(Barnaul).
On September 20, 2018 in all regions of the country there was an action of the all-Kazakhstan dictation on the theme "Astana-Beybitshilik besigi", dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana. The main goal of the dictation is to increase the literacy of young people in the state language, strengthening patriotism and unity of the people. This event was attended by students majoring IN 5В011700-Kazakh language and literature, 5B012100-Kazakh language and literature in schools with non Kazakh language of instruction.
On 20th September 2018, the KSPU students and staff had a chance to participate in two lectures, held by KSPU foreign guests. Professors from Bulgaria, Emilia Dimova and Christo Kaftandjiev, gave a talk on the topic of “Successful Communication”. The students and teachers thus could learn interesting facts about verbal and non-verbal communication as well as about mythological archetypes and winning strategies in communication.
