Cathedra ANK with region’s support of Kazakhstan Assembly Nation spent meet with the students of first course 14 march of 2018 with the goal of realization republic’s program «Rukhani Zhangiru» and with the framework project «Большая страна – большая семья» Kazakh model of public accord and nationwide unity of Nursultan Nazarbayev presented for student at the meeting. Zhakyp K.H. candidate of philosophical science, professor of KSU named after Ahmet Baytursinov made a presentation to the students. He noted in his speech that all projects proposed by Nursultan Nazarbayev they support and implemtent.
Within the framework of the project “Rukhani jangiru” the Department of the Assambly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Russian language and Literature held an event “spiritual continuity of national traditions during the celebration of Nauryz”. It was attended by 1st year students, and the guests of the event were Chinese students who listened with great interest to the history of this holiday, what customs and rituals are used. Nauryz is a holiday of kindness, on this day the dastarkhan is forced by a lot of national dishes.
On March 14, 2018, the director of the Kostanay College of Social Education, doctor of Philology, professor, professional mediator Kadralinova Mariyash Tleugabylovna conducted the lecture in the School of Mediation and National Diplomacy. In her speech, the lecturer reviewed the concept of "Mediation", the principles of mediation, introduced listeners to the basics of mediation and the mediation process, designated the advantages of mediation from the trial process.
In order to popularize the teaching profession among the students, increase interest in teaching activities, identify and support talented students motivated to initially become a teacher, an essay contest "Teacher: Touching the Profession" among students of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute was held. The contest was organized by the I.Altynsarin center at the Department of Pedagogy of KSPI. The competition was aimed at the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the state program for the development of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019, the program "Тұғанжер", the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "New development opportunities in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution".
Students of Natural and mathematical faculty, KGPI of specialty "Biology", "Geography" have participated on March 13, 2018 in the III International scientific and practical conference of students and young scientists "Methodology, the theory and practice of modern biology", organized department of biology and chemistry of Agrarian and biological faculty of the Kostanay state university of A. Baytursynov. More than 140 representatives of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS and the research organizations from the cities of Kazakhstan, the FSU and beyond have taken part in work of a conference.
On March 11, VΙΙ winter Universiade among higher education institutions was completed. The Universiade lasted 10 days, 36 teams from the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in it in nine sports. The team of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute was represented by athletes in cross-country skiing, presidential all-around, winter sports orienteering, kettlebell lifting, powerlifting, futsal, and wrestling kazak kuresi. On the last day of the Universiade, powerlifting competitions were held.

March 6-9, 2018 in the city of Sasovo, Russian Federation, hosted the open world junior championships in winter triathlon (polyatlon). In this competition the first-year students of the specialty "Physical Culture and Sport" took part. Levin Evgeny and second-year student of the specialty "Physical Culture and Sports" Makushenko Vyacheslav. According to the results of the championship, Vyacheslav took the second place, and shared information about the past event: "I participated in the 7th Winter Universiade in Pavlodar, where I took 1st place among 30 participants. On March 1, 2018, the VII Winter Universiade started among the higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar. On the first day of spring, the opening ceremony of the games took place, which gathered about 2,000 young athletes. From the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute there are teams of seven declared sports. In the program of the Winter Universiade there are 9 kinds of sports: ski races, winter presidential all-around, winter sports orienteering, futsal, arm-wrestling, weight-lifting, powerlifting, basketball, қазақ күресі.
The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on 5 March 2018, speaking at joint session of chambers of Parliament, appealed to the people of Kazakhstan on new social initiatives. Teachers of the Department of psychology and defectology, discussing scale social projects of the President, have noted the importance of new social initiatives which have been directed on the further improvement of well-being of everyone Kazakhstan citizen. Special interest was caused the third initiative: "Increase of availability and quality of higher education and improvement of conditions of residing of student's youth".
