On March 2 at the department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan there took place the third occupation at School of mediation devoted to psychological basis of school mediation. The senior teacher of the department of psychology Bisembayeva Asem Kumarovna acted as the moderator of occupation. Occupation took place in a training form, discussion methods, psychological exercises, mini-lectures, a reflection and individual tasks were applied that allowed occupation to have applied character. During the training, participants examined the main psychological practical methods used when negotiating studied methods of fast establishment of contact.
On February 23 at APK department the second occupation of the School of mediation and national diplomacy on the subject "History of Development of Mediation and National Diplomacy" took place. Since February at the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan there began the work the School of mediation and national diplomacy. Purposes of the school: to train students of the institute in the basic principles of mediation in the resolution of conflicts. It especially important to future teachers, the teacher at modern school performs not only the professional functions but also work of a mediator, resolving the school conflicts and accepting a possibility of their emergence. Classes are given by free of charge skilled teachers of the institute, and also experts and coaches on the mediation of the House of the friendship.
The facultyof Additional education arranged two-weeks advancedtraining courses (from February 6 to February 18, 2017) for teachers of schools,Higher education institutions and colleges. The theme was "Interactive trainingof foreign languages on the basis of new information and communication technologies".The questions were considered in the subject context:
- 1. Creation of the virtual educational environment on the interactive platformhttp://www.edmodo.com/ ;
- 2. Ensuringtechnical overall performance on the platform www.Edmodo.com;
- 3. Practicalmodeling of an interactive lesson of English with application of the virtualeducational environment.
The leadingteachers of institute gave practical training, master classes, consultationsand trainings courses.
On February 16, 2017 on the basis of the KSPI together with branch of Nur Otan party of the Kostanay region the city debate tournament among higher educational institutions devoted to the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev " The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness". 28 teams of the Kazakh league and 16 teams of the Russian league have participated in a tournament. Following the results of a tournament in the Kazakh league 1 place was taken by team "Акеланың соңғы шайқасы " Akanbayev Baghlan, Zhakupova Ayzhan, the 2nd place – "Favourite" Zhumakenov Nurislam, Amanbayev Mukhan, the 3rd place – " Ратбек үшін " Orynbayev Abzal, Kayyrgali Nurymzhan.
16.02.2017 at the Polylingual Centre of KSPI was opened the brand-new “English Speaking Club”. The immersion in English language atmosphere, vocabulary expanding and increasing of spoken English level are the principal aims of this club. Speaking club’s participants have got acquainted with the main goals and objectives and club’s motto “Speak English only”. The procedure of the course included the movie watching, discussion, giving personal opinion and sharing ideas. English Speaking Club enables to communicate and spend time with benefit.
On February 16, 2017, opening of the School of mediation took place! With welcome speech to students of School of mediation addressed Samarkin Sergey Vladimirovich (the dean of the faculty of additional education), Karbenova of Zaure Urazbekovn (professor of the Russian and Literature department) and Navoyeva Marina Vladimirovna (mediator of RSU "Қоғамдік қелісім"). Sh. S. Demisenova cheerfully and in a playful way provided a training "Acquaintance of students of the school of mediation and national diplomacy".
On February 9, 2017 in the gym of the KSPI the sporting event "Cheerful start" among students devoted to the Youth Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been held. Fostering patriotism, strengthening of health, education of the correct relation to a healthy lifestyle was the purpose of this action. In this action students competed by 4 types of a competition: transfer of a subject, a competition of captains, a jump rope under legs whose jump is farther. Following the results of a competition of all competitions, first place was won by faculty of physical culture of sport and tourism, the second place – naturally mathematical faculty, the third place – faculty of history and arts.
On 9th, February, 2017 on the basis of faculty of NMF KSPI within a week of department the seminar for pilot group of the international ACADEMICA project (Accessibility and Harmonization of Higher Education in Central Asia through Curriculum Modernization and Development ACADEMICA Project No. 561553-EPP-1-2015-1-BG-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) co-financed by the European Union Erasmus + within a stage of courses on modernisation training programs was organized.
On February 8, 2017, lecturers and students of specialty 5B011200-Chemistry were invited to "Kazakhstan-Kostanay" TV channel to participate in the live broadcast morning program "Tobyl Tany". February, 8th is the birthday of the great Russian scientist, the author of the periodic law D.I. Mendeleev. Lecturers Abdykalikova K.A., Taurbaeva G.O. while a conversation with the hosts of the program were talking about the importance of chemical science in the development of society, the need for chemistry knowledge to maintain human health, about the achievements of the Department of Natural Sciences in training personnel for schools, scientific institutions and manufacturing enterprises. The conversation was also aimed at the vocational guidance of pupils. The students of Moldazhov Aziza, Baikalov Andrey, Tyrlybek Zhaina were talking about the reasons for choosing this specialty, their student life and their scientific interests.
By the order of Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan №44 dated February 1, 2017 «On awarding vacant educational grants freed up in the process of getting higher education» the vacant educational grants are awarded to the following students.
