February 13, 2018 Tulegenova Gulzhauhar Kabdikarimovna met with students and staff of the Department of Natural Sciences. Tulegenova Gulzhauhar Kabdikarimovna is the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Altynsarinskoy high school of Kostanay region, the head of the family home, which has taken on the education of 11 children. In an interview, Gulzhauhar Kabdikarimovna spoke about his close-knit, multinational family, where no one adopted by the education of children does not feel like a stranger or deprived. Gulzhauhar Kabdikarimovna proudly spoke about the achievements of her children.
February 13, 2018 the Department of Natural Sciences was organized "Exhibition of scientific works of teachers of the Department of Natural Sciences." The exhibition was on the 7th floor and timed to the week of the Department of Natural Sciences. The exhibition featured more than 150 educational and training manuals, articles and a collection of conference materials. The greatest interest among the visitors of the exhibition was caused by educational and methodical editions of the faculty of the department in the areas of biological, physical-economic-geographical and chemical cycles, as well as methods of teaching biology, geography and chemistry.
On February 12, 2018, within the framework of the week of the department, Suyundikova Zhanar Tuleutaevna, Senior Teacher of Natural Sciences, conducted an open class on the subject human anatomy which called "As Korytu Zhuiesi" ("Digestion System") for 2nd year students of the specialty "Biology". The purpose of the lesson was to examine the structure, topography, functions and features of the digestive system. During the lesson, there were applied interactive teaching methods such as: associagram, cluster, brainstorming and level tasks.
Within the social project "Digital Kazakhstan" students of specialty "Informatics" 1 of a course (the Kazakh, Russian, polylingual offices) of natural and mathematical faculty since January 5, 2018 conduct courses for pensioners. Project managers: Aytbenova A.A., Dauletbayeva G.B., Tsyganova A.D. Purpose of this project: training of senior citizens of computer literacy for overcoming a problem of their inclusion on information Wednesday; formation of practical skills of work on the modern personal computer.
On February 9, 2018, the Department of Physical, Mathematical and General Technical Disciplines of the Natural and Mathematical Faculty of KSPI held a grand opening of a laboratory of robotics, electronics and automation. The vice-rector for academic work and social issues, the candidate of pedagogical sciences Musabekova Gulvira Aidarkhanovna, the head of the apparatus Bekmagambetov Ruslan Kabdugalievich, the dean of the faculty Sukhov Mikhail Vasilievich, the deputy dean for educational work Akhmetchina Tolkynay Akangalievna, the heads of the departments, teachers and students, as well as invited guests, our former graduates: Komarov Denis Nikolaevich, Serik Manasbayev.
On January 30, 2018, the participants of the local lore club Sayahat organized a photo exhibition on the theme «Beauty of the Native Land» in the «Students' House» of KSPI. Each region, each region of our republic is unique, differ not only in its unique historical past, architecture, but also in the beauty of natural objects. The purpose of the photo exhibition is to consider and expand the presentations of students of the KSPI on geological and geomorphological features of the Kostanay region. Kostanay region is a region of the richest natural diversity and contrasts. Participants of the exhibition were photos of natural objects of our region with their names.
In November 2017, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan realised a competition to conferment of title of "The Best University Teacher". As a result of the competition, three teachers of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute were awarded this honorary title. Among them is the teacher of the Cair of Natural Sciences, Candidate of Biological Sciences, associate professor Bragin Evgeniy A. Evgeny Alexandrovich graduated from Rostov State University and worked for many years in the scientific department of the Naurzum State Nature Reserve.
January 16-18, 2018 at the Department of Natural Sciences took place curatorial hours devoted to the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan "New opportunities under the fourth industrial revolution". The Address includes 10 priority directions of development of the country in 2018. The events were prepared and conducted by the curators of the first, second courses: Tauakelov Ch.A., Rulyova M.M., Baimaganbetova K.T., Zagorulko V.V., Ergalieva E.M., Baimaganbetova B.B. specialties "Chemistry", "Biology", "Geography" (Kazakh, Russian and multilingual groups).
January 18, 2018 teachers of the Natural Sciences Chair-Associate Professor Belan O.R. and senior lecturers Kobez T.S. and Akhmetchina T.A.realizied a methodical seminar with the participation of teachers and students on the topic "Interactive teaching methods". Teachers gave the benefit of experience of use an interactive approach to learning on the example of their courses (Physical Methods of Research in Chemistry "," Ecology and Basics of Life Safety ", etc.).
On January 10, 2017 in classroom 714 the seminar on the theme «CLIL in the classroom» was held by the senior teacher of foreign languages chair Balzhanova Aigul Magzhanovna for the teachers of the chair of natural sciences of faculty of natural sciences and mathematics. The goal of the seminar is to discuss CLIL methodology and its use in teaching natural disciplines - biology, geography and chemistry at secondary school as a part of realisation of the updated program. CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) aims at teaching other subjects through foreign language.
