On January 12, 2018 the annual round table for the deans managing departments, chairmen of methodical bureaus and chairmen of meted of specialties has taken place. The program of a round table included questions of methodical security of educational programs, completing of library stock on disciplines of specialties, about a condition of electronic base of syllabuses in the reading room of electronic providing, questions of bibliographic informing on the SDI (selective dissemination of information) system and R (the differentiated service of administrative board of institute).
On January 12, within the framework of interaction and cooperation of the Department of History of Kazakhstan with Nazarbayev intellectual school, a methodical seminar was held for teachers on the updated training program. The seminar was conducted by the teacher of the highest category of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School, Erisheva Araylym. The aim of the seminar was to familiarize with the long-term plan for the implementation of the Model Curriculum on the subject "History of Kazakhstan" for grades 5-9 of the basic secondary education level for the updated content.
On January 11, 2018 the department of Kazakh and literature of the Kostanay state teacher training college together with employers has carried out coaching together with school teachers of the updated education model. Coaching was visited by teachers of Kazakh and literature of the Kostanay high schools No. 8, No. 18, No. 2, No. 11, No. 1 and teachers of department of Kazakh and literature of philological faculty. Coaching the teacher of Kazakh and literature of school of lyceum No. 1 Rakhimova Elmira Ersalimovna and the teacher of Kazakh and literature of school No. 8, the master of the item of N. Salykova has seen off Asel Dariakyzy.
10-11 January 2018 held methodical seminars for teachers of colleges of Kostanay region and teachers of Kostanay state pedagogical Institute. Seminars conducted by teachers of the Faculty of social sciences and humanities -– Abylmalykov K. K., Anasova A. B., lecturer in art Esmaganbetova Sh. K. The aim of the seminar is to acquaint students with criteria-based assessment system that combines formative and summative assessment.
On January 11, 2018, a methodical seminar was organized by the Faculty of Additional and Distance Learning on the topic "Evaluation for Learning and Evaluation of Learning". The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the status of the evaluation pitch in the framework of updating the content of the school curriculum and to familiarize themselves with the experience of the evaluation work in the PI PML of Kostanay. The seminar discussed the theoretical foundations of formative and summative assessment, the problems of introducing and using these types of assessment in the learning process in school.
January 10, 2018 Department of further and distance education Kostanay state pedagogical Institute together with the Centre of pedagogical skills, "Nazarbayev Intellectual schools" and Cambridge University (UK) organized a seminar on three-level program on the topic: "New approaches to teaching and learning: dialogue and group training, critical thinking" for teachers of the faculty of social Sciences and Humanities, philological faculty, which was conducted by the Department of the Kazakh language and literature of philological faculty Aliyev D. A., Sasami G. A., K. A. Abdrashev.
On January 10, 2017 in classroom 714 the seminar on the theme «CLIL in the classroom» was held by the senior teacher of foreign languages chair Balzhanova Aigul Magzhanovna for the teachers of the chair of natural sciences of faculty of natural sciences and mathematics. The goal of the seminar is to discuss CLIL methodology and its use in teaching natural disciplines - biology, geography and chemistry at secondary school as a part of realisation of the updated program. CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) aims at teaching other subjects through foreign language.
On January 10th , 2018, a workshop "New Approaches in Teaching and Learning: Dialogue and Group Teaching" was organized on the basis of KSPI by Danilova V.V., PhD, senior teacher of foreign languages, Zhusupova D.Zh., senior lecturer of the Department of Arts. This event is devoted to the disclosure of the features of organization of group work and critical thinking on the level program "NIS" - "7 Modules". The first phase set up the participants of the event in a positive way, having arranged for joint activities. The second phase is aimed at developing abilities to respond to the situation from different points of view.
On January 9,2018,Deputy Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bozhko Vladimir Karpovich, visited the capital for a meeting with the faculty and acquaintance with the work of the representatives of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan. Majilismen was accompanied by Deputy Akim of Kostanay region on social issues Zhundubana M.K, head of the Secretariat of the regional APK Shulenov M.M. and representatives of public authorities.
Member of the Committee on Economic Reform and Regional Development of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Syzdykov Turgun Iskakovich January 8, 2018 on a working visit to the KSPI. The meeting of the deputy with the faculty was held at the Chair of APK. During the meeting the deputy outlined the most important economic and social directions of the country's development and achievement of the common goal-to enter the 30-developed countries of the world.
